- Provided long term technical support for migration from LN to ST Cloud.
- Integral part of earlier rollouts to US with Baan/LN versions.
- Supported FPI in setting up the COE In India with both Functional and Technical Resources.

- Developed a dynamic report generation process centered on COE Quote.
- Enabled user-driven report attachment to IDM with selectable files.
- Standardized report header mapping with automated external data integration.
