Requirement
- Development of specialized commercial and production reports unavailable in standard Infor CSIE MT out-of-the-box functionality.
- Difficulty in identifying a capable Infor partner with expertise in CSIE report development and customization.
- Need to ensure all reporting was built using standard extensibility tools, Infor Report Designer, and Birst BI to remain upgrade-safe.
- Aligning custom report development with the CSIE core framework to ensure seamless integration and performance.

- Optimization of Infor Cloud Project with access control and go live support Menu management.
- Successful go live of Infor payroll as part of Infor HCM on a ST with interface to the MT HCM and Infor CSIE payroll.
- Multiple projects for support optimization and report development in critical areas of operations including service and projects.

Project has been implemented successfully, went live, and is currently on active support maintenance.
