- Deployed Infor WMS (Warehouse Management System) On-Premise for efficient inventory control, real-time stock visibility, and event-specific warehouse operations.
- Enabled Infor OS platform services (ION, IDM, Data Lake, BIRST) to support integration and real-time reporting.
- Delivered real-time embedded analytics with dashboards, KPIs, and role-based reports for event management decision support.
- Provided a highly scalable system architecture to handle peak load during the event period, ensuring seamless performance under time-critical demands.
