- Tailored implementation of Baan IV ERP to specifically meet the unique requirements of large-scale water treatment projects. It aimed at enhancing operational control and reporting capabilities.
- A seamless upgrade to LN FP5 was executed, which helped the company establish a robust management framework. It helped improve inter-company transactions and consolidated financial management.
- The Infor XI tech stack was fully optimised while integrating additional add-ons to enable process automation, advanced analytics, and streamlined compliance across regions.
