Requirement 

  • Coordinating a phased ERP rollout across critical business areas — Purchase, Finance, Manufacturing, and CRM — without disrupting ongoing operations. 
  • Managing functional customization constraints to reduce system complexity while ensuring flexibility for future business changes. 
  • Handling report/dashboard development bottlenecks under strict timelines using Infor’s limited extensibility options. 
  • Executing complex data migration from legacy systems with minimal downtime and zero data loss. 
  • Overcoming user adoption challenges through targeted key user training amidst busy operational schedules.

  • Executed Infor ERP LN implementation in three structured phases with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. 
  • Delivered targeted functional enhancements and custom reports using Infor extensibility tools. 
  • Ensured seamless data migration, validating 100% accuracy before go-live. 
  • Conducted focused key user training and deployed a scalable post-go-live support model
  • Developed an integrated hand-held mobility solution in collaboration with Pan Emirates IT team, enhancing in-store shopping experience. 
  • Implemented a route planning solution for warehouse operations, integrating Infor CSIE with Infor WMS and MS RMS (POS). 
  • Successfully upgraded Baan IV to Infor CSIEFP 7, ensuring business continuity with enhanced system capabilities.
