ITWare and its partners have been working with us on Infor HCM and Infor Cloud ERP CSIE (LN) optimization projects during and after go-live for the last two years. They have provided us with a wide range of proactive development and support services during this period. One of the notable achievements was successfully localizing Infor HCM and Lawson solutions to comply with Bahrain laws and regulations. Additionally, we went live with Infor Lawson ST payroll, integrated with HCM and ERP, after nearly a year of persistent support from the ITW team, including Siva and Prabu. Now, we look forward to optimizing the use of these solutions with their continued support.

ITWare has been working with us for more than last 2 years to optimize our Infor Syteline Cloud Roll outs in the ME Region moving from Infor legacy Visual as part of our Digital Transformation journey. They have been providing optimization and enhancement support to stabilize the current solution and possibly partner with us for other rollouts in other GCC Countries as and when we are ready. ITWare’s project teams of Ram, Prabu as PM, Kishore, Ravi and other technical support teams have by and large been quite helpful in terms of their proactive support and professional skill sets for us to move ahead with this initiative and provided us strategic consulting with our solution roadmap as and when we sought their expertise

ITWare and its partners has been working with us on various technical and functional projects right from the time we started using Infor (Baan) during the early days and have provided services for few of our projects like US roll out, LN to ST data migration and even recently providing technical resources for our migration to project to Infor MT cloud. Ram and Team from ITWare also worked with us closely when we set up the FPI India technology back office and helped us in identifying the right functional and technical resources. Happy to note that ITWare team from Dubai, UAE along with its offshore technology partners Blue Chip Computer Consultants and Infor Hospitality ME team worked closely with us to successfully complete the Infor Cloud Suite Industrial solution (Infor CSI on AWS MT cloud) along with Infor OS for workflows and alerts, which is now being used by our entire procurement and logistics unit to cater to the operations for the FIFA WC hospitality supply chain related activities.

Given the short timelines and the stakeholder requirements, it was a challenging project for all of us, but ITWare consulting teams, especially one of the senior Lead Consultants, Ravikumar, worked very closely with our team and Infor teams to ensure that the project was completed on time. Hopefully, we look forward to working with this team again for support and other Infor projects.
