Requirement
Samsung SDS required a unified digital ecosystem to modernize dealer–distributor operations across multiple countries. The goal was to:
- Automate order management and streamline SKU/bundle issuance in stores.
- Replace manual processes with mobile-first and web-enabled solutions.
- Provide real-time visibility into orders, sales, stock transfers, and incentives.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between stores, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Extend functionality to include pre-orders, trade-in programs, payout schemes, and performance dashboards.
Solutions Implemented
- Built Samsung Gee, an Android-based Order Management App, enabling centralized order capture, tracking, and distributor coordination.
- Launched the Samsung TDS Mobile App for sales registration, inventory tracking, and stock transfers.
- Developed a .NET MVC web portal for administrators to manage incentives, reporting, and notice boards.
- Implemented push notifications, dashboards, and real-time reports for order status, sales performance, targets, and payouts.
- Integrated trade-in and pre-order functionality for better customer engagement.
- Added bonus campaign and payout calculation features to motivate sales channels, along with daily summaries for transparency.
Current Status
The solutions are live across Jordan, Egypt, and Pakistan. Together, they continue to:
- Streamline order management and inventory tracking.
- Enhance coordination between distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Improve performance tracking with real-time insights, dashboards, and incentive reporting.
