Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated M3 Solution Architect / Project Coordinator to join our team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, with a proven track record of successful Infor M3 implementations in the equipment manufacturing industry. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring customer-centric solutions, and driving project success from initiation to delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead solution architecture and provide project coordination for Infor M3 implementations
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess requirements and design optimal solutions.
- Apply Infor implementation methodologies to ensure consistent and effective project deliver
- Facilitate requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and process alignment with customers.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, presentations, and training materials
- Support pre-sales and engagement activities with customer-centric approaches
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage risks, timelines, and resources to achieve project milestones.
Experience & Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in the equipment manufacturing industry with multiple Infor M3 implementation cycles
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Infor M3 solutions
- Proven experience in solution assessment, requirements gathering, and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Familiarity with Infor implementation methodologies
- Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
