The group operates a diverse portfolio of restaurants, cafés, spas, wellness centers, and leisure outlets across the region. Its focus spans casual and fine dining, wellness and spa services, and lifestyle experiences, catering to a wide range of customers in the UAE and beyond. 

Requirement

  • Required fine-tuning of key supply chain and asset management functionalities post initial implementation. 
  • Expansion of the system across four units introduced additional development needs and territory-specific rollouts. 
  • Frequent change requests became necessary to align the ERP with evolving business processes. 
  • Needed continuous consultant support to ensure effective adoption and process alignment.

Current Status 

On Post go live support for Infor CSI(SyteLine) over last 5 years on prem and currently expanding with new features for Territory rollout and workflows for process controls.
